FAQ – Purchase Order

  1. How do I place an order ?
    a) Click ‘Send an Enquiry’ button on product detail page
    b) Please complete the enquiry form on the popup
    c) Clik Send button after completing the enquiry form
    d) We will send your purchase order
  2. How many account can be assigned to a Purchase Order?
    Only one. However,  you can create more PO-s for the same account with different product order criteria.
  3. What form of payment does PRIMA PUTRA FURNITURE accept?
    We accept just receive payment only by transfers in our bank accounts. We do not accept credit cards.
  4. Why are there no prices shown on your web site?
    PRIMA PUTRA FURNITURE (www.primaputrafurniture.com) web site is a manufacturer’s web site designed to showcase our furniture products. To obtain pricing please email us
  5. Is there a return policy?
    We do not accept returns.
  6. Can PRIMA PUTRA FURNITURE ship to any location?
    There are very few territories we cannot ship to. Should you happen to fall into the territory of a licensed dealer, we are more than happy to provide you with the proper contact information in your area. Email : cvprimaputrafurniture@gmail.com.
  7. Can I cancel an order?
    If the status is ‘Ordered’, the PO cannot be canceled .
